Product Overview
High pressure pneumatic valves are designed for industrial applications, free of aluminium. With a maximum working pressure of 30 bar, these pneumatic valves are optimized for harsh and explosion-prone environments, including coal mining and heavy industrial systems.
JYHE has developed a patented cartridge pneumatic valve design, significantly improving system safety, compactness and operational reliability.
Structural Configuration

Line-Mounted Type
Traditional pneumatic valve structure connected via external piping. Simple installation, suitable for applications with sufficient space.
Subplate-Mounted Type
Mounted on standardized subplates. Allows convenient installation and maintenance in industrial control systems.
Sandwich-Type
Stackable modular design between valve sections. Enables functional expansion without additional piping.
Cartridge-Type
Integrated directly into manifolds or valve blocks. Ideal for compact and highly integrated control applications. Less common due to higher design and manufacturing requirements.

High Pressure up to 30 Bar
High pressure pneumatic systems impose strict requirements on valve body strength and dimensional stability. JYHE pneumatic valves are engineered specifically for working pressures up to 30 bar, ensuring safe and stable operation even under pressure fluctuations and frequent switching cycles.
Carbon Steel Body with QPQ Surface Treatment
Unlike many pneumatic valves on the market that use aluminum alloy bodies, JYHE pneumatic valves are manufactured from high-strength carbon steel. This material choice provides superior pressure resistance and long-term structural integrity.
QPQ surface treatment further enhances corrosion resistance and wear performance, making the valves suitable for humid, dusty and corrosive industrial environments.

Cartridge Design and Internal Structure
The sectional structure of pneumatic valves demonstrates a compact cartridge-based design. Key control, sealing and pilot elements are integrated into the valve body, reducing external pneumatic piping and minimizing potential leakage points.
Compared with conventional pneumatic valves that rely on complex external tubing, the cartridge design improves system integrity, enhances safety and simplifies installation in confined or vibration-prone environments. This structural design has been granted a Chinese patent.
